We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
6. Data Retention
- Volunteer accounts: Retained while your account is active, plus 12 months after account closure (or as required for legal/audit purposes)
- Call logs and notes: Retained for 24 months for campaign analysis and reporting, then anonymised or deleted
- Contact data: Managed according to your organisation's data retention policy and applicable legal requirements
- Audit logs: Retained for 12 months for security and compliance purposes
